Crossroads has developed 5 CD-ROMs and Teller Training for Westpac
Crossroads developed the Westpac Online Banking training CD-ROM. The CD-ROM has been developed utilising Macromedia Director. The CD-ROM content covers some 80 sample pages from the Westpac website. The objective of the CD-ROM was as a training and familiarisation vehicle for internal staff to raise their awareness of the facilities and functions available to Westpac customers through the Westpac website.
Westpac
Online Banking CD-ROM This version of the CD-ROM augmented the CD-ROM above and was specifically aimed at educating the branch staff on the benefits to be gained by customers taking advantage of the features provided by Internet banking. The CD-ROM was developed utilising Macromedia Director. The CD-ROM content covers some 50 sample pages from the Westpac website.
Westpac ESS
CD-ROM Crossroads developed the Westpac ESS training CD-ROM. The CD-ROM has been developed utilising Macromedia Director. The CD-ROM content covers training aspects for an internal computer system utilised by staff in their day to day work environment. The content covered the menu structure of the application, detailing the purpose for each screen, with examples of the filling-in and usage of screens with movie screen capture examples.
Westpac eBuy
CD-ROM Crossroads developed the Westpac eBuy training CD-ROM. The CD-ROM has been developed utilising Macromedia Director. The CD-ROM content covers training aspects for an internal Intranet/Internet based computer system utilised by staff in their day to day work environment. The content covered the menu structure of the application, detailing the purpose for each screen, with examples of the filling-in and usage of screens with movie screen capture examples.
Westpac Optimise CD-ROM Crossroads developed the Westpac Optimise CD-ROM in conjunction with Netx Australia and Integrated Options. The CD-ROM was aimed at small to medium business enterprises, and explained the theory of the Working Capital Cycle. The CD-ROM contained a series of 25 questions, and based on the user response to these questions an overall product offering was built from a logic matrix and displayed in a text scrolling area. This product profile contained explanations of a range of Westpac products, and links to the Westpac website for each of the products for a more detailed explanation/description. A printout of the product offering is also available. The CD-ROM was developed utilising Macromedia Director.
